"It all started many many years ago when I found myself in the kitchen, creating the most delectable sauce to make my barbeque taste just right. Ingredient after ingredient, test after test... HONEY HOOCH was born. To my close friends and neighbors, I became the "Pit Boss" just from my locally famous barbeque sauce.

I realized that I had to expand by bringing you authentic barbeque flavors to ignite your inner pit master.

I was joined by a few specially selected lieutenants to now be famously known as Wise Guys Barbeque, grown to be the largest and strongest of all the barbeque families...
