Behind The Brand
Brian Alleyne is a native-born Bostonian of Caribbean descent whose love for creating culinary experiences that are not the norm, stems from his familial experiences in his mother’s kitchen as a child. From the first time he created his own meal, to now working the barbeque pits of Wise Guys Barbeque, Brian has placed his own brand of fun, flavor, and family into his Wise Guys Barbeque brand.

As an entrepreneur Brian is making his mark with his hand-crafted barbecue rubs and sauces. Taking his knowledge from his experience as a private chef and pivoting them into a different creative expression as a pit master. Brian brings in his passion for good food, good friends, and good fun to his consumers via his long-time love of mafia movies.

Wise Guys Barbeque is his labor of love brought to the masses in a way that makes even the beginner pit master look like they have been doing it low and slow for years.

After years of being harassed by the Department of... uhm, uh, nevermind. Let me not mention them... After years of the "not to be mentioned" chasing, sabotaging, coercing, in an all out attempt to stop our business, I was able to get my hands of the files they had on us. And Boy, they had quite a bit. So I'll use the dossier to introduce

Lively, bold and full of flavor.
She goes from sweet to bringing the heat the more you rub her in. This old bird isn't shy or timid. Put some respect on her name... she is THAT Mutha Cluckin' Poultry Rub!

This pignacious piglet's got Chops! "Rough around the edges" with a feisty nature but honey sweet. Giving you all the flavor, this Wise Guy is slicker than a greased pig.

Bully Bo - Muscle
Who got beef? This Burly Brazen Bovine is always up for the task. Rub him the wrong way and he'll smack you in the face with a mean peppery barbeque taste.
Big Boss - Consigliere
Then there is my lieutenant, my second in command. He can pretty much cover everything and performs in every situation, my all purpose.
